The Crampton Building is occupied by a range of leading domestic and international traders accounting for €700,000 of rent and a WAULT of 7.5 years. The vendor will underwrite all existing tenant inducements to include rent free periods and lease rent steps.
The management regime is operated directly by the landlord with the 2016/2017 Service Charge Budget equating to €14,026 +VAT per annum. The majority of this is recoverable from the scheme tenants however a non-recoverable service charge of €3,622 + VAT is currently discharged by the landlord (Subject to Change).
